Standard web server logging, for the purpose of ensuring network and information security, applies to all HoldemResources.net online services and includes the type of request, client IP, operating system type and timestamp of the connection.

License Information
We maintain a database of licensing information for the purpose of managing license periods and verifying the number of active product installations per license key. User information is entered when registering a license key through the HoldemResources Calculator desktop software, or by purchasing a license key through the FastSpring Ecommerce Engine. You can update your information by emailing our support.
Upon registration with a license key, the HoldemResources Calculator desktop software sends automated requests to our license server for license verification. These requests include the registered license key and a generated machine key.
Processing of this data is necessary to perform the requested licensing tasks.

Third party processors
We rely on Google for email services and cloud storage. We have entered the Data Processing Amendment and EU Model Contract Clauses with Google to ensure that your personal data is processed GDPR compliant.
