HRC Stable Update: Version 4.1

This update consolidates all enhancements, new features, and fixes implemented throughout 2025, bringing the latest improvements from the HRC Beta branch into the Stable release.

New Feature: LineEV Statistics

The LineEV sampling tool now includes comprehensive player statistics, allowing for deep analysis of specific lines and player tendencies.

  • Accessing Statistics: Right-click any node and select Node Details: LineEV.
  • Integrated Statistic:
    • Core Stats: VPIP, PFR, and WTSD (Went to Showdown).
    • Per-Street Postflop Stats: AF (Aggression Factor), AFq (Aggression Frequency), CBet, Fold to CBet, Check-Raise, Donk, and Probe.
  • New Scoping Options: Toggle statistics between Global (all actions in sampling) and Action-Specific (filtered for a selected action).
  • Fixes: Resolved a calculation error in the WTSD metric within the LineEV details.

Range Handling & UI

  • Range vs. Strategy Pasting: The default behavior for pasting ranges is now "Paste Range". This preserves correct hand weights for nodes that are not a player's first action. The legacy pasting behavior is still available as "Paste Strategy".
  • Enhanced Copy Options: Added "Copy Strategy" to copy only the strategy of the last selected action, distinct from copying the effective range.
  • Visual Data: Added a numeric combo percentage display in the bar below the hand grid.
  • Structure Manager: Improved the import tool at Tools: Structure Manager to support simultaneous imports from multiple files.

Hand History & Format Support

  • CoinPoker: Full support for CoinPoker hand histories, including native formats, H2N, and converted PokerStars variants.
  • Format Updates: Compatibility fixes for recent changes in iPoker (PT4), H2N4, and Sisal (PokerStars format) histories.
  • H2N3 Support: Adjusted self-play history formatting to fix specific compatibility issues with H2N3.

Performance & Stability

  • Environment: Bundled Java Runtime (JRE) updated to 21.0.9, resolving potential crashes when reconnecting to Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) sessions.
  • Robustness:
    • Implemented fixes to handle corrupted configuration files more robustly.
    • Resolved a crash affecting Linux users running GTK 3.24.48 or higher.
    • Fixed a setup error where FGS calculations with BB antes would occasionally fail.
  • GG Poker Safety: Added detection for the GGnet.exe process; HRC will now close automatically if the GG client is detected to help users avoid accidental Terms of Service violations.

Note: You may receive an error message when HRC restarts after the update. If this occurs, simply manually launch the application again.
